Queensway Quay was originally developed in 1994 as a marina with two Mediterranean-style residential complexes of luxury apartments. Queensway Quay Marina, formerly part of Taylor Woodrow’s waterside development, became privately owned in 2001. It has an impressive backdrop of residential complexes and a choice of elegant restaurants and bars. This peaceful location at the water’s edge is just a short walk from the bustling town centre.
