FIFA KNOCKOUTS

TIME: 20:00 – 23:00

GENERAL

All games will be played on the EA Sports FIFA 23 and a PS5.

Fixtures will be posted on the Frequency Instragram account before the tournament starts.

There will be no coaching allowed.

Controllers are supplied by the ‘FIFA KNOCKOUTS’ staff

FIFA KNOCKOUTS RULES GAMEPLAY

•Players are allowed to play with club only.

•All participants must check-in 10 minutes before play starts. If the fixture doesn’t start within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the player who doesn’t show up in time will be disqualified.

SPECIFIC FIFA GAME SETTINGS

•Settings: Standard settings

•Match duration: 12 minutes (6 minutes per half).

•Game speed: Normal.

•Level: Legendary.

FORMAT

A team will consist of 1 player.

BO1 Knockout Straight Through

Semi Finals & Finals. BO1 Knockout: All to be played on 1 console on the main stage so the games can be streamed.

Total Event Time: Roughly 6hrs

To be played over 2 days from 20:00hrs to 23:00hrs.

BEHAVIOUR RULES

•All ‘FIFA KNOCKOUTS’ participants must treat each other and the organisation with respect.

•When a participant has displayed hurtful, offensive or racist expressions towards his/her opponent, they may be immediately disqualified.

•Bad language and/or threats against the Business Esports Admin results in an instant disqualification.

•In cases of fraudulent activity or players caught cheating, a participant will be disqualified

•If a participant pauses the game more than once without giving a good reason, he/she will be disqualified.

PARTICIPATION IN THIS COMPETITION CONSTITUTES THE ENTRANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE RULES. 

Please note, should any delays be incurred, FIFA KNOCKOUTS will continue past 23:00 until all scheduled matches are completed
